Do you have any minimum order quantity?

Our recommended order quantity is 30 pieces per style with 3,000 USD minimum invoice. However, for certain case such as repeat orders, we are able to work with smaller order requirements.

How can I see your collection? What is the price?

Please visit us at these exhibitions to view our complete collection. We will quote you the price for your selected items.

We only sell our merchandise by piece only, NOT by weight. Prices may vary due to changes in metal/stone price in the market.

Is it possible to produced our own jewelry design?

Please send us a drawing or design of the merchandise you want. The answer will be based on many factors, including design difficulties, order quantity, and pricing.

Can you produce gold or brass jewelry?

Although we do not have gold and brass jewelry in our collection, our factory is capable of producing both gold and brass jewelry. Please contact us for more information.

How long will the jewelry pieces last?

The durability of the jewelry varies depends on the usage of end user. Wear and care instructions to user are highly advised to keep jewelry in good condition.

What is you lead time? How long does it take for you to ship our order?

We strive to fulfill all orders within our lead time which is generally 5 – 6 weeks. However, certain orders may require longer production depending on our existing production schedule, order quantity, and style.  It is best to place order in advance to avoid such delays. We will notify you before production begins regarding your delivery estimates. 

Shipping time is normally 2 – 3 days for Priority Shipping, and 5 – 7 days for Economy Shipping; subjected to delivery location.

Do you have stock available?

Unfortunately, we do not carry any stock.

Can I pick up my order from your factory/Thailand?

Please inform us regarding pick-up/shipping arrangement prior to placing your order.
